BRABUS BODO, A 1,000 HP Gran Turismo Masterpiece
Bosue.id - What happens when boundless ambition meets lifelong dedication? The answer lies in the BRABUS BODO, an ultra-limited edition supercar born to honor its founder, Bodo Buschmann.
Launched as a tribute to the vision of the man who founded BRABUS in 1977 in Bottrop, Germany, this vehicle realizes a concept that remained unfinished during his lifetime: a powerful, luxurious, and uncompromising Gran Turismo coupe.
Brabus Bodo's Aggressive Carbon Exterior Design

BRABUS BODO is designed with a body entirely made of high-strength carbon fiber, leaving only the glass parts and panoramic glass roof intact. Standing at a mere 130 centimeters tall, its low and flowing silhouette creates an intimidating presence on the road.
At the front, the car's iconic face is accentuated by matrix LED headlights and a radiator grille with 13 vertical bars equipped with two large RAM-AIR intakes.
Aerodynamic efficiency is a key development pillar. The exposed carbon fiber front spoiler generates massive downforce at high speeds. At the rear, there is a two-stage spoiler that can be electrically deployed.
Interestingly, this system also functions as an automatic air brake when the driver brakes hard above 140 km/h. The entire exterior is finished with "Piano Black" gloss paint and 21-inch Z-GT "Shadow Edition" monoblock forged wheels.
V12 Biturbo Monster Performance

Beneath its muscular hood, the BRABUS BODO houses a hand-built 5.2-liter V12 biturbo engine. This powerhouse is capable of unleashing a peak output of 735 kW, equivalent to 1,000 horsepower (hp), and a monstrous torque of 1,200 Nm.
All of this ferocious power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission with carbon paddle shifters on the steering wheel and an electronic differential for maximum traction.
The resulting acceleration is astonishing:
-
0 to 100 km/h: 3.0 seconds
-
0 to 200 km/h: 8.5 seconds
-
0 to 300 km/h: 23.9 seconds
-
Maximum Speed: 360 km/h (electronically limited)
"Masterpiece" Interior Luxury

Stepping into the cabin, the "Masterpiece" interior ambiance crafted by BRABUS's internal expertise workshop immediately welcomes you. The interior is dominated by a combination of fine black leather and premium Nubuck leather, harmoniously blended with carbon accents on the dashboard, center console, and door panels.
The distinctive "Shell" quilted stitching design is paired with embossed "Double-B" logos adorning the ergonomic seats, designed for long-distance comfort while firmly supporting the body during dynamic driving. Even the legendary signature "Bodo Buschmann" is neatly embedded on the inside of the front doors.
Exclusivity and Blockchain Technology
As a collector's car, production is limited to just **77 units worldwide**, with an annual assembly volume ranging from 10 to 15 vehicles. Each owner not only receives an exclusive BRABUS "Weekender" travel bag but also a blockchain-based Digital Product Passport integrated into the trunk. This technology ensures authentic documentation regarding ownership, specifications, and the authenticity of this masterpiece born in Bottrop.
